Prompters for each exemplification will be designated at the beginning of each school. At the completion of each exemplification the floor will be opened to discuss other items such as:
* Duties of the Senior Deacon
* Masonic Attire for public appearances (Parades, Funerals etc...)
* Funeral Grand Honors
I remind you that, according to The Code, each lodge is to receive five (5) hours of instruction and each session is to be attended by at least three (3) officers and two (2) members. If a lodge misses two (2) consecutive Schools of Instruction, That lodge will be required to hold a 15 hour Lecture Service.
Also, this year we will be awarding our “District 30 Banner”. The banner will be awarded according to the following criteria:
1. The lodges proficiency in all ritual work for the evening (opening and closing the lodge, calling from labor to refreshment and refreshment to labor, dispensing with labor, and the assigned degree for the evening).
2. The attendance of the lodge (based on percentage) at other schools of instruction in their region.
3. How well are other members of the lodge involved (not just lodge officers).
